Marbet Green is a venture created by people with passion. We have been specializing in the production of technologically advanced polystyrene products of the highest quality for over 40 years, so we perfectly understand the needs related to this type of products. Our portfolio contains a huge list of various projects, including packaging, polystyrene shapes and nursery cassettes for forest nurseries. Thanks to our own tools and auxiliary devices as well as our own molds and fittings, we are able to offer a number of solutions tailored to the client.
Over 40 years of experience in the production of packaging and shapes and many years of cooperation with large customers allow us to efficiently manage processes and quickly respond to unforeseen scenarios.
All our production processes are continuously supervised and monitored and are subject to thorough control in accordance with the requirements of the MARBET Management System based, among others, on the requirements of the DIN-EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, certified by DQS GmbH.
We produce Styrofoam shapes and packaging using EPS foaming technology (in molds) and cutting from Styrofoam blocks or boards on cutters and thermal and mechanical plotters.
Thanks to our own tool room and proprietary devices, we are able to prepare products tailored to the individual needs of our customers. Our production lines produce, among others: corners for transporting windows, plugs for filling recesses and shapes for transporting test tubes.
